Terms of Service

How it works Please call us for a friendly chat and to discuss your requirements.

We will then arrange to meet you at your home to discuss further details. You will be assigned a helper (same helper on regular basis) and provided a checklist (please see checklist for details)

Payment We accept cash / cheques / and bank transfer.

An invoice will be provided for each service and payment is due upon completion of service. Payments can be made either on weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on the agreement between us and the client.

Payment, if not paid directly via paypal or internet banking, will be collected by either Monika or Ewa and is not to be paid to the helpers! In the event of an unpaid invoice within an agreed date a late payment fee of £10 will be added to the invoice should the payment be outstanding for more than 7 days.

Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to charge you a full amount of time scheduled should we not receive your notification in a timely manner.

We require 24 hours’ notice if you change your mind and no longer require ordered service.

We require 24 hours’ notice if you would like to reschedule an appointment.

Our limitations We reserve the right to decline any request that we consider illegal, unethical or dangerous to person or property.

Privacy All personal information is kept private and confidential.

We do not give out any personal information to third parties.

Insurance We are insured for up to a minimum of £ 1million pounds against the self-employed cleaner in case of any major accidental damage of your property.

Please note there is an excess of £100 on all claims for which you would be responsible for.
